The Problem
Better Homes and Gardens was looking to accelerate sales for new agents and establish pipelines for growth to allow new agent to become successful faster.
 
The Solution
Avanzado used our AdBuilder technology to create Pinpoint. Pinpoint allows new agents to very specifically target their communications and mailings to increase pipeline sales. Avanzado also developed a training plan for agents.
 
The Benefit
Sales growth and pipelines were accelerated. In 2013, there were 119 orders placed by 104 agents totaling 37,164 postcards with an average of 312 postcards per order. Seven of the agents were repeat users and they were responsible for 12 orders totaling 6,465 postcards. Repeat agent orders were placed in periods ranging from within 1 month to within 3-4 consecutive months. Of the combined BHGRE Network logins, 24% were from Metro Brokers. This underscores the benefits of training and internal promotion of Pinpoint!
